This is an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver Vista Health’s brand and communications strategy, building awareness, trust, and connection with patients, partners, and colleagues alike.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract, working on a full-time basis.
What You Will Do
As our Brand & Communications Manager, you’ll lead on all aspects of brand, media, and content communications, ensuring everything we say and share reflects our purpose and values. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and senior leaders, you’ll develop compelling, insight-led campaigns that bring our story to life.
Key responsibilities include:
Brand & Marketing Communications
- Lead the development and delivery of Vista Health’s brand and communications strategy.
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency of tone, messaging, and visual identity across all channels.
- Develop integrated campaigns that build trust, awareness, and engagement.
- Oversee the creation of branded content, messaging frameworks, and toolkits to support teams across the organisation.
- Collaborate with agencies and creative partners to produce impactful, on-brand materials.
Media Relations & Public Affairs
- Manage Vista Health’s press office function, handling media enquiries and drafting press releases.
- Act as the day-to-day contact for our PR agency, aligning activity with business priorities.
- Identify and secure earned media opportunities to raise Vista Health’s profile.
- Support crisis communications and reputation management, advising senior stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with journalists, industry bodies, and healthcare partners.
Content, Storytelling & Social Media
- Oversee social and PR content across owned and earned channels.
- Develop engaging stories that celebrate patient outcomes, innovation, and clinical excellence.
- Work with influencers, ambassadors, and partners to extend our reach.
- Ensure all content aligns with our values, compliance standards, and clinical accuracy.
- Track and optimise performance, using insights to refine strategy.
Internal Communications & Brand Advocacy
- Support internal engagement by creating tools and campaigns that connect colleagues with our mission and values.
- Partner with HR and leadership to embed our brand and tone of voice across the organisation.
- Equip teams to represent Vista Health effectively and consistently.

Your experience includes:
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience managing brand and communications in a multi-stakeholder environment, ideally in healthcare or consumer services.
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and content creation skills across print, digital, and social.
- Managing PR activity and building strong media relationships.
- Developing brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and toolkits.
- Using analytics to measure and demonstrate impact.
- Working effectively with agencies, designers, and copywriters.
- Awareness of GDPR and compliance best practices in communications.
