We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Account Manager to join our high-performing Business Development team. Based at our Patient Engagement Centre in Rochdale, you will play a key role in maintaining and strengthening relationships with our network of clinics, GPs, consultants, and other referrers.
This is a hands-on position that combines relationship management, service delivery, and operational coordination. You will work closely with our operations, admin, and sales teams to ensure referrers and their patients receive seamless service, resolving issues promptly and supporting growth across our referrer network.
What You Will Do

Manage and nurture relationships with referrers and partner practices across the Vista Health portfolio.

Coordinate onboarding for new referrers, ensuring a smooth setup of accounts, referral processes, and communication channels.

Collaborate with operations and call centre teams to ensure efficient patient handling and swift issue resolution.

Monitor referrer activity, service levels, and satisfaction, proactively addressing any performance concerns.

Provide referrers with regular updates, reports, and marketing or operational materials as required.

Support retention and renewal initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance engagement or expand partnerships.

Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring all client interactions and feedback are logged.

Contribute to continuous improvement in communication, service quality, and internal processes.
