At InHealth, we’re proud to be the largest provider of the NHS Breast Screening Programme (NHSBSP) in England. Our Surrey and North East Hampshire (Jarvis) Breast Screening Service stands out as our flagship – serving approximately 200,000 women over a 3-year cycle and operating with a dedicated team of over 50 professionals.
We’re now seeking a dynamic Programme Manager to lead and shape the future of this service. This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting difference in women’s health, overseeing one of the country’s most critical and far-reaching breast screening operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
As Programme Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our mission – delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality screening services across our static unit at the Jarvis Breast Centre and five mobile units covering a vast geographic area. You’ll:

Lead and plan the full delivery cycle of breast screening services

Ensure compliance with national KPIs and NHSE Service Specification No 24

Champion patient-centered care and continuous quality improvement

Oversee the day-to-day management of over 50 multidisciplinary staff

Act as CQC Registered Manager for private patients

Manage NHS Trust relationships across six referral sites for treatment

Take responsibility for service budgets, commercial performance, and audits

Drive service innovation and lead on clinical governance initiatives
