Vista Health is transforming access to diagnostic care: faster, easier, more affordable. We’re growing our digital capability and need an Email and Marketing Automation Manager to elevate how we engage patients, referrers and corporate partners.
You’ll lead our shift from ad hoc campaigns to smart, data driven lifecycle journeys that drive conversion, retention and long-term value.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract, working on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role, with regular travel to our Patient Engagement Centre in Rochdale.
What You Will Do
You’ll own our entire email and automation ecosystem: strategy, build, optimisation and performance. Working with Marketing, Clinical, Operations, Sales and Digital teams, you’ll ensure every message is timely, relevant, compliant and measurable.
Email and Lifecycle Delivery
- Own daily email delivery across all audiences.
- Elevate tone, structure and cadence.
- Build segmentation that aligns with GDPR, consent and governance.
- Connect email activity to campaigns, launches and commercial goals.
Marketing Automation
- Build automated journeys for acquisition, nurture, booking and aftercare.
- Turn requirements into clear logic, triggers and rules.
- Prioritise a roadmap focused on the highest value journeys.
- Automate manual tasks and scale communication.
B2B and Referrer Communications
- Support Business Development with structured email programmes.
- Build onboarding, education and reactivation journeys.
- Drive corporate lead generation and nurture programmes.
- Ensure B2B messaging reflects clinical credibility.
Measurement and Optimisation
- Track performance using platform and CRM data.
- Run test and learn optimisation cycles.
- Report on engagement, conversion and revenue impact.
- Work with Data teams to surface insights in tools like Power BI.
Compliance and Governance
- Champion GDPR, consent and data minimisation.
- Manage required reviews and sign offs.
- Embed processes that ensure consistency and quality.

You Have Experience In
- Email marketing and automated journeys using an ESP or automation platform.
- Using CRM data for segmentation, triggers and personalisation.
- Designing acquisition, nurture and retention journeys.
- Supporting B2B, referrer or corporate communications.
- Working in regulated environments.
- Using data to optimise and demonstrate impact.
- Strong stakeholder management and clear writing.
- Bonus: Microsoft Dynamics.
- Useful: Basic HTML.
- Desirable: Healthcare or complex services experience.
