At InHealth, our Healthcare Assistants are key to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care. You’ll work across multiple Audiology sites in London, supporting patients throughout their appointments and ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. 💼 What you’ll be doing:

• Welcoming patients warmly and ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for

• Preparing patients for hearing tests and supporting the clinical team during procedures

• Completing forms, updating records, and maintaining accurate patient information

• Assisting clinicians to make sure every appointment runs efficiently

• Keeping clinical areas clean, safe, and well-organised

• Supporting with stock, admin, and general clinic coordination

👀 What we’re looking for:

• Someone who enjoys working in different settings and can travel between sites

• A calm, empathetic communicator with great attention to detail

• A team player who’s happy to roll up their sleeves and get involved

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and patient systems

• Previous experience in a healthcare or customer-facing role
