Join our dedicated Child Health Information Service (CHIS) team, supporting the Healthy Child Programme by maintaining accurate health records for children aged 0–19. This vital work ensures children receive timely immunisations and health screenings, wherever they are in the UK.

As CHIS Team Leader, you’ll manage a team of administrators, ensuring high-quality data management and service delivery. You’ll lead on performance, training, and process improvements, while collaborating with healthcare professionals and supporting national health initiatives.

What you’ll bring:

• 2+ years’ experience in a managerial or supervisory role
• Background in healthcare information services
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Confident communicator and team motivator
• Ability to manage performance, drive improvements, and support service delivery
