About the role

At InHealth, we're on a mission to Make Healthcare Better, and we know that our people are at the heart of everything we do. As the UK's largest specialist provider of diagnostic and healthcare services, we support millions of patients every year through the dedication, expertise and passion of our colleagues.

We're looking for a Learning and Organisational Development Practitioner to join our friendly and ambitious Learning & Development team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape learning experiences that develop capability, support leadership growth and create an environment where colleagues can thrive.

Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll design, facilitate and continuously improve engaging learning solutions that support both individual and organisational success. Whether you're delivering workshops, developing digital learning resources or supporting organisational development initiatives, your work will have a direct impact on colleague experience and ultimately the care we provide to patients.

This role offers the opportunity to work remotely with travel across InHealth locations throughout the UK, giving you exposure to a diverse range of services, teams and colleagues.

What You Will Do

As a Learning and Organisational Development Practitioner, you'll play a key role in delivering our people development agenda and embedding a culture of continuous learning across InHealth.

You will:

  • Design, deliver and evaluate engaging face-to-face, virtual and blended learning programmes.
  • Facilitate impactful learning experiences that build confidence, capability and performance.
  • Create innovative learning resources, digital content and development materials aligned to organisational priorities.
  • Support the delivery and continuous improvement of leadership and management development programmes.
  • Partner with stakeholders, subject matter experts and operational teams to identify learning needs and develop practical solutions.
  • Contribute to organisational development initiatives, including leadership development, talent development, mentoring, coaching and organisational change.
  • Analyse learner feedback, evaluation data and business insights to measure impact and improve programme effectiveness.
  • Create professional presentations, learning materials and reports using Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Research and apply learning and organisational development best practice to enhance the quality and effectiveness of our programmes.
  • Support the coordination and administration of learning activities, ensuring records, resources and programme documentation remain accurate and up to date.
  • Act as a positive ambassador for the Learning & Development team and champion the InHealth values of Trust, Passion, Care and Creativity.

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping people learn, grow and achieve their potential. You'll be an engaging facilitator, a strong relationship builder and someone who enjoys bringing fresh ideas and creative thinking to the learning experience.

You'll be successful in this role if you:

  • Have experience designing and delivering engaging learning and development solutions.
  • Are a confident facilitator who can adapt your approach to suit different audiences and learning styles.
  • Build strong, credible relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Can translate complex information into practical, engaging and accessible learning experiences.
  • Are highly organised and able to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Use insight, feedback and evaluation data to continuously improve learning outcomes.
  • Are comfortable working independently while also being a collaborative and supportive team member.
  • Have experience using Microsoft 365 and digital learning tools to create high-quality learning resources.
  • Bring creativity, curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset to everything you do.
  • Are passionate about creating inclusive learning environments where everyone feels valued and able to succeed.

Most importantly, you'll share our commitment to developing people, improving colleague experience and helping us make healthcare better every day.

If you're looking for an opportunity to make a genuine impact, work with fantastic colleagues and help shape the future of learning at InHealth, we'd love to hear from you.
