About the role

Are you naturally curious? Do you enjoy understanding how things work and finding better ways to solve problems?

At InHealth, we're transforming healthcare through digital innovation, developing products that improve patient journeys, streamline clinical workflows and support NHS services across the UK.

As an Associate Product Manager, you'll join our growing Digital Product team and help shape the future of our digital services. This isn't about simply gathering requirements or writing specifications. It's about understanding the real challenges faced by our customers, identifying opportunities for improvement and working with Product, Engineering and operational teams to deliver solutions that make a genuine difference.

Whether you're currently working in Business Analysis, Product Support, Digital Delivery or another technology-focused role, this is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in Product Management while helping improve healthcare for millions of patients.

What you will do

Working alongside experienced Product Managers and Engineers, you'll help turn ideas into valuable digital products that improve services for our customers and patients.

You'll:

  • Develop a deep understanding of healthcare pathways, customer needs and operational workflows
  • Identify opportunities where digital products can improve services, reduce manual processes and create better outcomes
  • Support the Product Manager in shaping and maintaining the product roadmap based on evidence, customer value and business priorities
  • Work collaboratively with Engineering teams to deliver iterative improvements and continuous value
  • Help define product success by focusing on measurable outcomes rather than simply delivering features
  • Build strong relationships with operational teams, customers and internal stakeholders
  • Support product discovery, user research and problem-solving activities
  • Monitor adoption of new digital solutions and identify opportunities for further improvement
  • Contribute ideas that help shape future products and enhance the overall customer experience

About you

You're someone who enjoys asking questions, understanding how things work and finding smarter ways to solve problems.

You'll ideally have experience in:

  • Business Analysis, Product Support or a Digital Delivery environment
  • Working with stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities
  • Supporting digital projects or technology implementations
  • Process mapping or analysing operational workflows
  • Collaborating with technical and non-technical teams

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is curious, analytical and enjoys solving complex problems
  • Thinks about outcomes rather than simply completing tasks
  • Can communicate confidently with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Builds trusted relationships and enjoys working collaboratively
  • Is organised, proactive and keen to learn
  • Wants to develop a long-term career in Digital Product Management
  • Is passionate about using technology to improve healthcare

If you've worked as a Business Analyst and are looking to move into Product Management, or you're already supporting digital products and want to take the next step, we'd love to hear from you.
