About the role

Are you passionate about using digital technology to improve healthcare?

At InHealth, we're transforming the way diagnostic services are delivered across the UK. As our Digital Delivery Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in implementing digital solutions that improve patient care, streamline clinical pathways and strengthen partnerships with NHS organisations.

This isn't a traditional project management role.

You'll lead the successful delivery of digital implementations from mobilisation through to adoption, ensuring new services don't just go live - they deliver measurable benefits for our customers and the millions of patients they support.

Working with senior stakeholders across InHealth, NHS Trusts and technology partners, you'll manage multiple complex implementation programmes simultaneously, helping shape the future of digital healthcare.

If you enjoy solving complex problems, building trusted relationships and seeing the real-world impact of your work, we'd love to hear from you.

 What you will do

As a Delivery Lead, you'll be responsible for ensuring digital implementations are successfully delivered, adopted and embedded into everyday clinical practice.

You'll:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of digital implementation programmes across multiple customers
  • Build strong relationships with NHS customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Define what success looks like with customers and ensure solutions deliver lasting value
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Digital, IT, Cyber Security, Information Governance, Operations and Product
  • Manage delivery plans, milestones, risks and dependencies across several concurrent projects
  • Support customers through change, ensuring new digital services are fully adopted and embedded
  • Monitor post go-live performance and proactively resolve issues to maximise customer outcomes
  • Identify opportunities to improve products, delivery models and customer experience
  • Provide clear reporting and updates to senior stakeholders
  • Act as the voice of the customer, helping shape future digital products and services

About you

You'll be an experienced delivery professional who enjoys working in complex environments where collaboration, customer engagement and continuous improvement are key.

You'll ideally have experience of:

  • Delivering complex digital or technology implementation programmes
  • Working within healthcare or alongside NHS organisations
  • Managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and customers
  • Leading cross-functional or matrix teams
  • Driving adoption, business change and operational improvements
  • Managing programme risks and ensuring successful customer outcomes
  • Project or programme management methodologies (formal qualifications are advantageous)

We're looking for someone who:

  • Focuses on outcomes rather than simply delivering milestones
  • Is an excellent communicator who can influence at all levels
  • Thinks strategically whilst maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Enjoys solving complex challenges
  • Builds trust quickly and confidently challenges where appropriate
  • Is passionate about improving healthcare through digital innovation
