About the role

We are looking for an experienced Principal Mobilisation Consultant to lead the technical mobilisation of new and changing clinical services across InHealth. This hands-on leadership role ensures every service goes live safely, on time and fully operational, while supporting and guiding the engineering and digital integration teams who deliver the work.

About the Role

You will be the key technical lead for site openings, refurbishments, mobile units, upgrades and decommissioning. • PACS, RIS and IDG configuration and digital integration
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during mobilisation
  • Technical decision making and quality standards
  • Coordination of engineering resources, timelines and mobilisation budgets

You will ensure smooth go live experiences and well-managed handovers into BAU support, including documentation, briefings and structured hypercare.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the technical mobilisation of new and changing services
  • Ensure sites are clinically aligned, safe and technically ready
  • Manage and develop engineers and integration specialists
  • Provide hands-on technical expertise across networking, telephony, IT setup and imaging system connectivity
  • Build strong relationships with NHS Trusts, suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain clear mobilisation documentation, risks and dependencies
  • Improve mobilisation processes, engineering standards and knowledge over time

Your leadership will guarantee reliable technical environments at launch and a consistently professional experience for partners and internal teams.

About You

You will bring:

  • Experience delivering on-site technical or infrastructure services, ideally in healthcare or regulated environments
  • Strong knowledge of networking, telephony, VPNs, hardware deployment and troubleshooting
  • Understanding of PACS, RIS and DICOM workflows (training can be provided)
  • Experience managing technical teams and coordinating multi disciplinary delivery
  • A calm, structured, people focused leadership style with high standards
  • Clear communication skills across clinical, operational and technical groups
  • Willingness to travel extensively

You will be:

  • Committed to making healthcare better
