About The Role

At Vista Health, we’re on a mission to make healthcare more affordable and accessible for everyone. As one of the UK’s leading providers of diagnostic services, we work with major insurers, clinicians, and private patients to deliver fast, expert diagnoses and world-class care.

As we continue our rapid growth, we’re looking for a proactive and creative Product Marketing Executive to help shape how our products and services reach both consumers and B2B partners. This hands-on role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who’s excited to gain broad exposure across campaigns, customer insight, product launches, and marketing performance.

You’ll be joining a purpose-driven, collaborative team where your ideas will be heard and your work will make a genuine difference to patients, clinicians, and healthcare partners across the UK.

This is a full-time permanent role, working remotely. There will be travel into London required for the role, around twice per month.

What you will do

In this role, you’ll support the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing activity across our product and service portfolio, helping bring our clinical expertise and healthcare solutions to life.

You’ll:

  • Coordinate and deliver go-to-market campaigns, managing timelines, creative assets, and stakeholder communications for both consumer and B2B audiences.
  • Translate technical and clinical information into clear, benefits-led messaging that resonates with patients and partners.
  • Conduct competitor and market research, gathering insights that shape product positioning and marketing strategy.
  • Support content creation including sales collateral, brochures, web copy, email campaigns, and thought leadership.
  • Track and report on performance, turning data into insights that help improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate across teams, working closely with Product, Commercial, and Data colleagues, as well as external partners and agencies.

About you

You’re a curious, organised, and creative problem solver who thrives on turning insight into action. You bring strong communication skills, an analytical mindset, and the confidence to take ownership of your projects.

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Hold a degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field (or have equivalent experience).
  • Have some experience creating or editing marketing content such as web copy, emails, social posts, or print materials.
  • Are confident coordinating campaigns or projects, keeping timelines and stakeholders aligned.
  • Are familiar with basic marketing tools (CMS, email platforms, spreadsheets, task trackers) and keen to learn more.
  • Work well in fast-paced, customer-led environments (healthcare experience is a plus, not essential).

You’ll fit right in if you:

  • Have an entrepreneurial, test-and-learn mindset and love finding better ways to do things.
  • Enjoy collaborating across teams and communicating ideas clearly.
  • Use data to guide decisions and measure impact.
  • Are passionate about improving healthcare access and experience for everyone.
