Be part of something life-changing. Join us at InHealth.

Are you an organised and caring administrator looking for a role with real impact? Do you want to be part of a team that supports early detection and diagnosis of breast cancer? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

At InHealth, we’re all about helping people live healthier, longer lives — and our Breast Screening Administrators are at the heart of that mission. You’ll play a key role in delivering a smooth and supportive screening experience for thousands of women each year.

What you’ll be doing:

As our new Breast Screening Administrator, you’ll be the friendly voice at the end of the phone, the first point of contact for patients, and the detail-driven organiser behind the scenes. You’ll:

✅ Schedule and manage patient appointments using the NBSS system
✅ Handle queries with compassion, professionalism, and efficiency
✅ Prepare and process screening clinic paperwork
✅ Support reception and patient-facing duties as part of the admin team
✅ Keep everything running like clockwork — with accurate data, timely communication and strong teamwork

What we’re looking for:

We’re not just looking for admin skills — we’re looking for someone who:

💬 Communicates clearly and confidently
🧠 Has a sharp eye for detail and accuracy
📁 Is organised, adaptable, and thrives in a busy environment
🤝 Works well in a team and puts patients at the centre of everything
💻 Is confident using Microsoft Office and ideally has experience with clinical systems (like NBSS)

Previous healthcare experience is great, but not essential — if you’ve got strong admin skills and a great attitude, we’d love to hear from you.

Why join InHealth?

  • A friendly, supportive team where your work really matters

  • Opportunities to grow and develop within a leading healthcare provider

  • A role that makes a direct difference to people’s lives
