Handle patient enquiries sensitively and efficiently, prioritising urgent needs

Help drive continuous improvement through reporting, auditing, and risk management
-
Manage data, systems, and screening equipment to ensure smooth service delivery
-
Contribute to policy development and maintain up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures
-
Represent the programme at key internal and external meetings when needed

-
Dedicated to delivering excellent patient care with sensitivity and discretion
-
Organised with great attention to detail and a creative, problem-solving mindset
-
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and adapting to changing needs

-
Experience working in a healthcare setting, ideally within a screening programme or multidisciplinary team
-
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, supporting clinical functions to deliver smooth pathways
-
Competent IT skills and accurate data entry with attention to detail
-

-
