What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ Welcoming and preparing patients for their procedures, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed.
✔ Supporting clinical colleagues by providing both clinical and administrative assistance.
✔ Maintaining a safe and hygienic clinical environment.
✔ Using our patient management system to update records accurately.
✔ Acting as a patient advocate, ensuring privacy, dignity, and a high level of care.
✔ Assisting with patient assessments post-procedure and reporting any concerns to the team.

✔ Experience in a customer or patient-focused environment.
✔ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
