We're looking for a creative Social Media & Content Executive to help bring our brand to life across social media, grow audience engagement, and support our continued growth.

 As our Social Media & Content Executive, you'll create engaging, social-first content that tells the stories behind our patients, people, services, and expertise.

Working closely with the Brand & Communications Manager and teams across the business, you'll help grow our social presence through compelling content, creator partnerships, community engagement, and channel management. You'll play an important role in building brand awareness, strengthening audience connections, and supporting commercial objectives.

This is a full-time hybrid position, with one day per week based in our Rochdale office and the remainder worked flexibly. The role will also involve occasional travel to our clinics throughout the North West.
 

What You Will Do

  • Create engaging social content including graphics, carousels, short-form video, photography, and copy tailored to different audiences.
  • Capture and produce content, including on-site filming where required, to showcase patient stories, employees, clinicians, services, and campaigns.
  • Plan, schedule, publish, and manage content across Vista Health's social channels.
  • Support creator, influencer, ambassador, and partner activity, helping maximise the reach of campaigns through owned social channels.
  • Monitor and respond to social engagement, building positive relationships with our online communities.
  • Use performance insights, trends, and platform updates to continuously improve content and channel performance.
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to identify stories and create engaging social content.
  • Support the delivery of wider marketing campaigns through organic social activity and content creation.

About You

We're looking for someone who is creative, organised, curious, and passionate about storytelling.

You'll have:

  • Experience creating engaging social-first content, including graphics, carousels, and short-form video.
  • A strong eye for visual storytelling and an understanding of what drives engagement across platforms.
  • Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to adapt tone of voice for different audiences.
  • Experience using content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar.
  • A solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, creator-led content, and emerging social trends.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders and teams.
  • A proactive, test-and-learn mindset and enthusiasm for trying new ideas.

Ideally, you'll also have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with creators, influencers, ambassadors, or partner content.
  • Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools such as Sprout Social or Hootsuite.
  • An understanding of GDPR and compliance when working with patient stories and sensitive content.
