We’re looking for a motivated and detail focused Billing Administrator to join our Finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring billing is accurate, efficient and right first time, directly supporting cash flow and the delivery of high quality patient care.

This is a full time hybrid role, based in Beaconsfield with a mix of office and home working.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will sit at the heart of our billing operations, working closely with Finance, Data, and Operational teams. You’ll take ownership of billing accuracy, resolve queries, and help drive improvements that make processes faster, smarter and more efficient.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering accurate and timely billing across NHS and private services
  • Ensuring data quality and correct coding for clean submissions and faster payment
  • Reducing billing cycle times to improve cash flow and performance
  • Preparing and managing billing data across multiple systems and entities
  • Supporting invoice and credit note processing in Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains)
  • Investigating and resolving billing queries with internal stakeholders
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, automation and ways of working
  • Supporting contract and pricing setup within billing systems
  • Contributing to Accounts Receivable activity including cash posting and reporting
  • Assisting with private patient billing and insurance related processes

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a billing, finance or administrative role
  • A sharp eye for detail and a passion for getting things right
  • Confidence working with data, systems and processes
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across teams
  • A proactive mindset with a drive to improve and streamline processes
