About the role

Fixed Term Contract – 12 Months
Location: Head Office, Beaconsfield (5 days per week for first 3 months – reviewed after probation)
Reports to: People Operations Team Leader

Are you highly organised, detail-focused and confident working with data?

We’re looking for an HR Compliance Administrator to join our People Services team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is a key role supporting HR compliance, data accuracy and system integrity across the business.

What you’ll do

You’ll support the People Operations team to ensure all HR compliance activity is accurate, timely and in line with SLA’s

Key responsibilities include:

  • Auditing employee files for compliance

  • Processing probation documentation

  • Completing Right to Work and DBS checks

  • Managing reference requests

  • Supporting weekly and monthly compliance audits

  • Maintaining accurate employee data on iTrent

  • Logging and managing tasks via Jira

You’ll also have the opportunity to support process improvements and system enhancements within People Services.

  • Strong administrative experience

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Confident using Microsoft applications and HR systems

  • Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong written and spoken English

  • A team-focused, customer-service mindset
