About The Role

Deputy Administration Manager – Diabetic Eye Screening

Failsafe Team | InHealth Intelligence | Mid & South Essex / Suffolk and North East Essex

Join InHealth Intelligence, a national provider of Diabetic Eye Screening Programmes supporting nearly 2 million patients across England.

We are looking for a Deputy Administration Manager to play a key role within our Failsafe Team, ensuring patients are safely tracked through the screening pathway and that no referrals are missed.

What You’ll Do

  • Support and deputise for the Failsafe Manager

  • Line manage and develop a local Failsafe Team

  • Ensure timely referrals and accurate patient tracking

  • Liaise with Hospital Eye Services and clinical stakeholders

  • Audit patient pathways and maintain system safety

  • Produce reports and escalate risks or incidents appropriately

What We’re Looking For

  • Healthcare administration experience

  • Strong organisation, attention to detail, and communication skills

  • Confidence working with audits, data, and reporting

  • Knowledge of DESP / failsafe processes (desirable)

  • Calm, reliable, and patient-focused approach

  • A Team player who is able to travel the region for meetings and in person travel.
