Join Our Growing Team at InHealth

We’re expanding our services and have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse with experience in an endoscopy setting desirable. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality Endoscopy services at our new Community Diagnostic Centre in Bristol, using a holistic model of care that recognises the psychological, physical, and social needs of our patients.

What You’ll Do

Assist patients before, during, and after procedures.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care programmes to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
Support the senior clinical team, supervise and mentor registered and unregistered staff.
Participate in the decontamination, traceability, and care of endoscopes and other specialised equipment.
Contribute to clinical audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain clear and compassionate communication with patients, relatives, and the multidisciplinary team.

About You

Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin and experience in endoscopy.
A team player who is supportive, reliable, and creates a positive atmosphere.
Someone who instils confidence in colleagues and patients alike.
Calm under pressure, adaptable, and flexible in challenging situations.
Excellent communicator – written, verbal, and listening skills.
Strong time management and organisational skills.

* This includes colleagues delivering face to face patient care in the Targeted Lung Health Check mobile units, Endoscopy, AAA Screening, Breast Screening, PET-CT, Audiology, Mobiles, Imaging Centres and CDC’s. Note that this payment is not applicable to clinical staff working within the Echocardiography division, or Diabetic Eye Screening. The Weekend Payment does not apply to those on a flexible working agreement and part time workers that have requested to work weekend hours/days as part of their working agreement. The Weekend Payment also doesn’t apply to those who are working remotely or carrying out administrative work from home.
