InHealth deliver high-quality diagnostic care through Community Diagnostic Centres (CDCs) across the UK. Our London network includes 8 centres, predominantly MRI-led, serving both NHS and private patients. We also operate a national Ultrasound service and a thriving private healthcare arm, Vista.

The Role:

We’re seeking a strategic, energetic, and commercially-minded leader to oversee our London CDCs and national Ultrasound services. This role is ideal for someone passionate about modern healthcare delivery, private patient experience, and service innovation.

You’ll work closely with our Business Development teams to grow our private offering, enhance Vista’s brand, and ensure seamless integration with NHS services. You’ll also manage building operations, external provider relationships, and regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead operational and strategic management of London CDCs and Ultrasound services.
  • Champion private healthcare growth, collaborating with BD teams to enhance Vista.
  • Oversee building operations and room rentals to external providers.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC and support accreditation (e.g., QSI).
  • Manage NHS contracts and KPIs.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams and foster a positive, high-performing culture.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
  • Experience in healthcare leadership (private or public sector).
  • Passionate about private patient care and service innovation.
  • Understanding of healthcare compliance, HR law, and team management.
  • Creative, forward-thinking, and enthusiastic about modernising healthcare delivery.

Desirable Experience:

  • Business development or strategic planning in healthcare.
  • Familiarity with MRI/Ultrasound services and accreditation processes.
  • Experience managing clinical buildings and shared spaces.
