As the Director of Patient Engagement - Diagnostics at InHealth, you will lead our 'Digital First' strategy, ensuring patients benefit from cutting-edge engagement solutions. This pivotal role will see you championing digital transformation, collaborating across teams, and shaping the future of how we interact with patients.
We are looking for an inspiring leader to revolutionize patient engagement and enhance healthcare accessibility across the UK.
This full-time permanent role is based at our Patient Engagement Centre in Rochdale, with 4 days per week required in the office. Applicants must live within commuting distance.
What You’ll Do:
Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute a Digital First patient engagement strategy aligned with InHealth’s vision.

Lead and inspire operational and digital teams to foster a culture of innovation.

Act as the key liaison between digital, operational, and executive teams to drive digital transformation.
Patient Engagement & Experience

Create and implement strategies that enhance patient experience, focusing on digital-first solutions.

Work closely with clinical and operational teams to deliver seamless patient journeys.

Use digital and data insights to drive engagement, accessibility, and satisfaction.
