As the Director of Patient Engagement - Diagnostics at InHealth, you will lead our 'Digital First' strategy, ensuring patients benefit from cutting-edge engagement solutions. What You’ll Do:

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a Digital First patient engagement strategy aligned with InHealth’s vision.

  • Lead and inspire operational and digital teams to foster a culture of innovation.

  • Act as the key liaison between digital, operational, and executive teams to drive digital transformation.

Patient Engagement & Experience

  • Create and implement strategies that enhance patient experience, focusing on digital-first solutions.

  • Work closely with clinical and operational teams to deliver seamless patient journeys.

  • Use digital and data insights to drive engagement, accessibility, and satisfaction.

Performance & Budget Management

  • Develop and manage the operational and digital engagement budget efficiently.

  • Establish key performance metrics to measure and continuously improve patient engagement outcomes.

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful patient engagement or operational strategies.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience managing budgets, performance metrics, and digital transformation projects.

  • A passion for healthcare innovation and patient-centered care.
