Your Role as an Audiology Assistant:

As an Audiology Assistant, you’ll be the welcoming face and vital support behind our high-quality care. Working closely with our expert practitioners, you’ll help prepare patients, assist with clinical tasks, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes — making a genuine difference every single day.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Greeting and preparing patients, making sure they feel comfortable and informed.

  • Supporting patients with hearing aids, offering guidance on usage and care.

  • Assisting practitioners with clinical procedures and administrative tasks.

  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment in line with health and safety guidelines.

  • Handling patient queries sensitively and professionally, always respecting confidentiality.

  • Being a key team player, ensuring everything runs efficiently for both patients and colleagues.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a patient-facing or customer-focused role.

  • Great communication skills and a warm, empathetic approach.

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems proactively.

  • Good computer literacy and understanding of confidentiality and data protection.

  • A true team player who is supportive, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent care.
