At InHealth, we're expanding our Endoscopy services and are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Mobile Healthcare Support Worker to join our growing team.

You'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality endoscopy services across our mobile units, helping to ensure patients receive exceptional care within an environment that recognises their physical, psychological and social needs.

About the Role

This is a truly mobile position, working within the UK's first all-inclusive mobile endoscopy service. While you will initially be based at one of our mobile endoscopy units, you may be required to support other locations across the UK as service needs evolve.

To support your travel requirements, we offer:

A company car or car allowance.
Mileage reimbursement when travelling to alternative sites.
Accommodation for overnight stays where required.
A food allowance whilst working away from your base location.

A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.

What You'll Be Doing

Welcoming patients to the clinic in a professional, friendly manner and acting as a patient advocate at all times, ensuring privacy and dignity are maintained.
Supporting the delivery of patient care in accordance with care plans developed by the Senior Nurse.
Recording and communicating relevant patient information and observations to senior members of the clinical team.
Cleaning, monitoring and maintaining equipment, reporting any faults or concerns promptly.
Maintaining effective communication with patients, relatives and members of the multidisciplinary team.
Demonstrating a positive and professional attitude while representing InHealth's values and commitment to exceptional patient care.
Contributing to a safe, efficient and patient-focused service environment.

Note that this payment is not applicable to clinical staff working within the Echocardiography division, or Diabetic Eye Screening. The Weekend Payment does not apply to those on a flexible working agreement and part time workers that have requested to work weekend hours/days as part of their working agreement. The Weekend Payment also doesn’t apply to those who are working remotely or carrying out administrative work from home.
